Thanks for visiting TSCOOKS.COM!  First and foremost, I want to make sure you know from the start that I hold no degrees in culinary arts, nor have I worked at any prestigious hotels or restaurant.  However, I have an unmatched passion for everything that has to do with cooking.  It is this very passion that has inspired me to create this website so that I may provide, share, and enjoy with each and every one of you the magical wonders that take place in a kitchen.

We all know that eating great tasting food is something we all love to do, but grabbing a new recipe and giving it your own little twist is an amazing process.  I love seeing my friends’ reaction when they taste the final outcome of a dish I created for them. Sometimes it is a classic Kodak moment or an unforgettable Pepto moment : ).  For the most part, a lot of flashes have been going off around my kitchen, so I’ll take that as a good sign.

Just about all of the dishes I’ve made, have all been accomplished through trial and error, reading books, watching videos, seeing my wonderful mom, or my beautiful wife cook for the family.  When you think of all the different cultures, and traditions within those cultures, I have to admit that I still got a lot to learn.

THANK GOD the cooking world is endless; boredom will never happen.
